For adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee joint replacement surgery, to prevent venous thromboembolism events (VTE). Used for the treatment of adult deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE); after initial treatment, used to prevent the recurrence of adult DVT and PE. For adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation with one or more risk factors (such as congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥75 years, diabetes, history of stroke or transient ischemic attack), to reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism.
